Happy Weekend Bookworms,

It's that time of the week again ( three days late but who's counting), so here is this week's installment of Wednesday Wisdoms.

1. Freshly washed clothes are an instant mood booster

2.  Just because everyone else gets the same answer, and it is different from yours, does not mean you are wrong, have faith in your abilities

3. Unexpected texts always put a smile on my face and make the day better

4. Curve balls happen, just keep going

Unfortunately, I do not have much else to say, ( even though I had an extra few days to come up with other wisdoms) Talk to you all soon, ( the next few days are going to be crazy busy)

Lots of Love,

Good Morning Bookworms!

Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday. If you are lucky, it is sunny and starting to warm up outside, and hopefully this is the final farewell to winter until next year. I don't know about any of you but this dreary weather is getting a bit depressing.

I thought I would blog while I wait for my laundry to be done, since it is the first time in awhile I am not running in multiple directions to get stuff done before the day ends.

As much as I would love to go on and on about the world of beauty and all it has to offer( all wonderful things, ) not is not the only reason I made this blog. While beauty is what I am interested in, I am still a college student who has a schedule, deadlines and bumps along the way. I want to document this experience to help others that are in the same boat as me, or those that what to know what to expect when you get to this point in your life. So here are a few tips on this Sunday afternoon.

Seniors in high school, PLEASE keep going and trying your hardest. Most of you have gotten most if not all of your letters from the colleges you applied to, so you have a pretty good idea where you will be going. If you have already committed, here is a little tidbit of information, colleges still want to see your last semester grades, to make sure you are still doing well. Just keep that in mind over the next few months.

Juniors, now is the time to start thinking about letters of recommendation, (letters that colleges want from teachers you have had either in class or through organizations through school.) Most teachers have a limit on how many students they will accept, so go to those 2 teachers who you think would write an awesome recommendation and see what they would want from you in order to write the recommendation.

Sophomores and Freshmen, just keep on going. Honestly, you still have at least a year before the craziness of college starts, though it never hurts to start early. The only thing I would suggest is think about what you may be interested in, in terms of what field you would want to go into. Talk to some upperclassmen with similar interests and see what classes they would suggest taking in order to further discover what you would want to do.

That's all I have for today. Hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend and I hope to talk to all of you soon!

Lots of Love,

Good Morning Bookworms,

I know this is a day late, but recently the days have been coming and going faster than I can keep track of, so without further adieu, here are the Wednesday Wisdoms. ( Just a few hours late)

1. There is not a finite amount of beauty in the world, just because said female/male celebrity is beautiful, doesn't mean you aren't. You are both beautiful, never forget that.

2. Goodbyes don't get an easier

3. That being said, it is ok to cry

4. Expect the unexpected

5. Hearing from an old friend instantly makes the day better. ( SO go text/cal/video chat that person you haven't talked to in a while)

6. Let the people you love know how much you love them, everyday

7. People say I love you is different ways, not always with words, so just listen and observe, love is not just a spoken language

8. Nice Weather can actually put you in a good mood, so go for a good head clearing walk

9. If your wifi at school, which normally never cooperates, works with absolutely no problems, don't question it, just accept the miracle and move on

10. Printers can smell fear

Hope everyone is having a wonderful week. Talk to you all soon.

Lots of Love,

This week's installment of Wednesday Wisdoms

1. Good things don't last forever so take time to appreciate the good times

2. Just keep swimming

3. Wide ruled notebooks are terrible

4. Schnörkel is a real word, (go ahead, look it up on google translate, I'll wait)

5. You cannot say the word bubbles, angrily ( try, it won't work)

6. Boys get older but they never really grow up

7. Whenever you feel overwhelmed, take a deep breathe, and walk away from whatever is giving you trouble for about 10 minutes, then try again

8. Drink water, trust me on this one, it solves a lot of problems you didn't even know about

9. Don't make promises you can't keep ( like saying you were going to update more, when you didn't at all)

10.When you are told 'always' in Chemistry, i.e., it will always do this or that, it really means 99 percent of the time, there are very few absolutes in Chemistry.

That's all I have for this week, I promise as soon as exams are over, I will try to post more than just once a week. But for now, well, just keep swimming.

Lots of Love,

It's time for Wednesday Wisdoms!

1. Everything happens for a reason, even if we don't understand or like the reason

2. Romance still exists, as does chivalry

3. Chocolate really can fix just about anything

4. Advice is easier to give than it is to take

5. There is such thing as too much snow ( sorry to all you snow lovers)

6. Even after years of knowing someone, they can still manage to surprise you

7. Everything works out in the end

8. Home cooking is the best perk of being home ( although showering without shoes and sleeping in my own bed were close seconds)

That is all I have for this week. Hope everyone is doing well, and I'll see you all soon.

Good Morning Bookworms!

Hope everyone is doing well this sunny yet freezing March day. (When did it become March, I could have sworn that just yesterday I was counting down the seconds till the new year.) As I write this, I am enjoying the comforts of being at home for my not so 'spring' Spring Break.

That being said, I will definitely be able to post more than the usual Wednesday Wisdoms, but I hope to post more than just that.

Hope all my east coasters are getting through the snowy winter, I heard that you guys are expecting more snow tonight. Stay safe and stay warm.

Lots of Love,

ps; I now have an email that you guys can reach me at if you have questions or just feel the compelling need to send me a love letter. Reach me at for any of the previously mentioned reasons.
